Role Overview

As a Strategist at Monday Off, you’ll be the cornerstone of our strategic process—delivering human insights that lead to creative solutions and drive inspiring results. You will use research to craft actionable insights, develop brand strategies, and create campaigns that spur meaningful conversations.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re curious, analytical, and passionate about storytelling through data and insights. Experience or interest in the beauty industry is a strong advantage, but a strategic mindset is paramount.

    • Analyze data to extract insights that guide brand positioning and campaign strategies.

  • Strategic Planning

    • Collaborate with teams to ensure strategies are actionable and deliverable.

  • Client Partnership

    • Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting insights and articulating clear recommendations.

    • Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively identify opportunities.

  • Pitch Support

    • Assist with pitches and exploratory calls with potential clients, providing strategic input and insight to drive business development.

  • Beauty Industry Expertise (Preferred):

    • Leverage knowledge of the beauty sector, including consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, to craft tailored strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with creative, PR, and design teams to ensure strategies translate effectively into executions.

    • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster alignment and innovation.

  • Creative Storyteller. Ability to craft compelling narratives that inspire internal teams and clients alike.

  • Beauty Industry Enthusiast (Preferred). Familiarity with the beauty sector is a plus, but an eagerness to learn is key.

  • Collaborative Spirit. You thrive in a team environment and bring positivity and open-mindedness to every project.

  • Adaptability. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong proficiency in research tools, data analysis, and the Google Business Suite.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behaviors is a plus.
